Job Overview & Purpose

Regulatory Compliance
Compile and submit documentation required for Department of Labour audits and inspections
Document Management
Draft, review, finalize, and file appointment, promotion, offer, adjustment, and permanent employment letters; maintain accurate signed records and job profiles
HR Systems and Reporting
Use SAGE 300 People to manage employee data, job title changes, and equity‑related reporting. Maintain shared HR folders with secure, organised documents
Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience
At minimum, a Matric/Grade 12 qualification; a Diploma or Degree in HR or related field is advantageous. About 2–3 years of relevant HR administrative or officer experience strongly preferred . -
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of Employment Equity legislation and HR best practices; excellent written/verbal communication; high attention to detail and organisational capability; proactive and able to multitask . -
Technical Proficiency
Competence in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience using SAGE 300 People HRIS system . -
Other Requirements
Code 08 driver’s licence is preferred; strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and commitment to confidentiality and integrity .
